Rocks decorated by students

Community School is such a unique and special place . . . an elementary school quite unlike any other.

Here at our private elementary school in Ladue, children thrive in a caring environment, challenged by devoted teachers, and enabled to experience the fullness of childhood. The hundreds of students and thousands of alumni can attest to the love of learning that grows within these centenary walls.

Community, like most independent schools, uses a financial model that relies on tuition as the primary source of revenue for operations. The incredible educational opportunities provided by the School to our students cost approximately $7 million per year – 77 percent of which comes from tuition. Interested in learning more about tuition and financial aid? For the remainder, the School asks for tax-deductible annual gifts, utilizes invested endowment income, and receives alternative revenue through fundraising events and extracurricular programming.

Your support of Community not only continues the tradition of excellence for which the School is recognized, but also provides resources for both the day-to-day and future learning of every student. As a non-profit school, Community’s sole focus is the success of each child in our care, as they prepare for the next day’s lessons and everything that follows. Through your gifts, you and Community form a true partnership that can literally change the lives of children from all around the St. Louis metro area.

I support Community because I love to see the sparkle in my children's eyes when they talk about school and their teachers.
