Each September a "Welcome Back" Family Picnic is held on the grounds of Community. Families find seats at a picnic table or bring a blanket and sprawl on the grass. There are games and arts & crafts tables for the kids, and plenty of food for everyone. The Community School Band performs a few songs, and a good time is had by all!
