Special Subjects complement the work in the classrooms. Different teachers as well as different classrooms provide students with a variety of experiences. From the art room to the computer room, students experience opportunities that expand as well as enhance what they are learning in their classroom.

Special subjects are also usually taught to small groups -- generally 1/3 or 1/2 of a class goes to a special subject area at a time.
