Dweck, Ph.D. , one of the world’s leading researchers in the field of motivation and the Lewis and Virginia Eaton Professor of Psychology at Stanford University. Her research has focused on why people succeed and how to foster success.The event will take place on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. here at Community School. The Circle of Learning Educational Speaker Series is designed to provide parents, faculty, and members of the community the opportunity to hear noted experts in the fields of education and child development. The overall goal is to strengthen the "circle of learning" by deepening our knowledge as parents, educators, and individuals.
